KIE Engineering has been shaping high-integrity ferrous castings and machined components since 1963. We are a trusted supplier of end-to-end casting solutions-from tooling design to finish machining-for automotive and industrial OEMs. With advanced capabilities across our three ISO- certified facilities in Agra, Roorkee, and Solapur, we produce castings from a few kilograms up to large-scale components, serving sectors such as automotive, agriculture, defense, railways, and infrastructure.

Our expert team of engineers supports the entire process journey-from concept and design (using Pro/E, AutoCAD) to casting, precision machining, heat treatment, and quality validation. Within our 50,000 metric ton foundry capacity, we boast a 120 TPH sand plant, over 100 machining units (CNC, VMC, SPM, VTL), and a fully equipped lab featuring spectrometer, CMM, jet-wash and Millipore cleaning, and QR-code traceability systems. Lean manufacturing principles underpin our Build-to- Ship scheduling, ensuring consistently high quality, traceable supply, and timely delivery.
