Sand Preparation :

Automated Sand Plant of capacity 120 T per hour
Intensive sand mixer capacity 60 MT/hr
Sand cooler with the capacity of 60 Tons/hr

Core Making :

Shell, hot box and cold box core making in house, with core shooters sized for both small volume and high volume parts. Cores are produced and inspected alongside the moulding lines they feed.

Machining & Assembly :

KIEEPL has over 300 machines including HMCs, VMCs, VTLs, CNCs, SPMs and conventional machines.

KIEEPL has installed a mix of state-of-the-art machines CNCs (ACE, Hitachi Seiki, LMW, Deckel, Jyoti, and BFW etc) & low cost automation to meet its customer requirements.

KIEEPL has used the concept of line production for all of its high volume items.

CNC Machines :

CNC Turning Centre, CNC Vertical Machine Centre, CNC Vertical Turning Lathe, CNC Horizontal Machine Centre and Conventional Machines (All kinds of Lathe Machines, Drills, Milling and Multi Head Drills)

Machine Shop :

CMM, Surface Plates, all kinds of Attribute and Precision Gauges.

Painting:

A continuous painting line with oven baked paint, proven beyond 300 hours of salt spray life. Both dip painting and spray painting are available, finished to customer specification.

Solidification simulation Every new pattern is simulated before it is cut.

Filling and solidification are modelled for every new part, so gating and feeding are proven on screen and shrinkage designed out before any money is spent on tooling.
